Sourcing
standard procedure as below:
Get
sample / prototype / draft / idea from Customer Customer culture
study Sample / prototype
/ draft / idea review by sourcing team Assign a sourcing
team leader to shoulder up the responsibility The sourcing
team leader contact at least 3 manufacturers and show them
prototype / picture, visit their plant and make pre-evaluation report Get quote from
manufacturers and make comparison and choose 2-3 best candidate Send quotes
and factory pre-evaluation report to customer If deny by customer,
source for new manufacturers again.
